    HR Business Intelligence and Deployment Officer

    Job Summary:

    The HR Business Intelligence Deployment Officer will support the team’s effort in conducting research, analysis, and deployment of HR initiatives to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective operational execution. The role will involve assisting with tasks related to business development, client services, and fostering a creative solutions-oriented culture. Emphasis will be placed on aligning HR practices with the company’s cultural values and promoting a positive work environment.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of HR trends, data, and metrics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support business growth.
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities by generating leads and assisting in closing deals to expand the company’s client portfolio.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR programs, projects, and initiatives, ensuring tasks are executed smoothly and in alignment with business objectives.
    • Act as a point of contact for client services, contributing to the delivery of HR solutions tailored to client needs and improving overall client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate in creative problem-solving sessions, supporting the development of innovative HR solutions that address workforce challenges and improve employee engagement.
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices, applying insights to help shape HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR service delivery, ensuring effective communication between HR, clients, and other departments.
    • Assist in resolving HR-related client concerns, offering tailored solutions that strengthen relationships and enhance service quality. 
    • Support internal HR operations by promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.
    • Participate in initiatives that foster collaboration, teamwork, and a strong work ethic across the organization

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR operations, research, or business development, preferably within the consulting space 
    • Strong analytical skills with some experience in HR data analytics or reporting.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, are a must-have.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research tools.

    Accountant

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing client engagements in professional services, ensuring the delivery of highquality financial services to our clients. This position will involve collaboration with various teams to meet client needs and maintain strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute client engagements in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide audit and assurance services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assist clients with tax compliance and advisory services, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
    • Support financial advisory and risk management services, providing insights and recommendations to clients
    • Collaborate with management consulting teams to offer specialized services tailored to client needs.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business requirements and providing timely solutions.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and insights.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Chartered Accountant certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is a must-have.
    • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an auditor or in an audit firm.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Nigeria.
    • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
