RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
- Execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
- Monitor daily activity of sales representatives including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities.
- Report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
- Act as an escalation point for all department issues, internal and customer facing.
- Collaborate with other sales employees on territory planning and execution.
- Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
- Presentation of quarterly department review to executive management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience as a sales Manager
- Hands-on experience with VoIP, Cloud or software
- Experience managing direct reports
- Experience in selling enterprise software
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desired
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required
