    Enterprise Sales Manager

    Are you great at managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense control? Do you have skills in identifying opportunities to boost sales and profitability by leading a sales team? Do you have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies?

    JOB TYPE: Fully Remote
    REMUNERATION: 500,000 – 750,000 monthly net
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
    • Execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met.
    •  Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
    • Monitor daily activity of sales representatives including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities.
    • Report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
    • Act as an escalation point for all department issues, internal and customer facing.
    • Collaborate with other sales employees on territory planning and execution.
    • Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
    • Presentation of quarterly department review to executive management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field 
    • 5-7 years of experience as a sales Manager 
    • Hands-on experience with VoIP, Cloud or software 
    • Experience managing direct reports
    • Experience in selling enterprise software 
    •  Familiarity with Salesforce is desired 
    • Good attention to detail 
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision 
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required

    Fullstack Software Engineer

    We are looking to hire a Full Stack Software Engineer that would work alongside engineers to build client-facing applications. The ideal candidate will play a role in all stages of the software development cycle, working alongside other engineers, software testers and DevOps engineers, collaborating on various layers of the infrastructure of the software solutions

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work together with engineers building client-facing applications to integrate UI elements with server-side logic

    • Collect, analyze and address technical and design requirements
    • Help to create reusable code and libraries for future use
    • Analyze user requirement
    • Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary.
    • Research, design and write new software programs and computer operating systems

    • Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification

    Graphics Designer

    A marketing and advertising firm is looking to hire a competent Graphics Designer to manage all graphics design, company merchandising, and branding collateral. He/she should be able to develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software 
     Location: Lagos (Victoria Island)
    Remuneration: 150,000-200,000 monthly net
    Responsibilities

    • Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners
    • Manage client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
    • Liaise with clients to determine design style, format, print production and timescale
    • Generate new design ideas to refresh existing marketing materials
    • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
