    Enterprise Sales Manager

    Are you great at managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and expense control? Do you have skills in identifying opportunities to boost sales and profitability by leading a sales team? Do you have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies? 
    If this is you, then we would like to meet you.
    JOB TYPE: Fully Remote
    REMUNERATION: 500,000 – 750,000 monthly net
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Manage team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
    • Execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met.
    •  Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
    • Monitor daily activity of sales representatives including outbound calls, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives and managing sales support activities.
    • Report on metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; correct deficiencies where necessary
    • Act as an escalation point for all department issues, internal and customer facing.
    • Collaborate with other sales employees on territory planning and execution.
    • Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
    • Presentation of quarterly department review to executive management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field 
    • 5-7 years of experience as a sales Manager 
    • Hands-on experience with VoIP, Cloud or software 
    • Experience managing direct reports
    • Experience in selling enterprise software 
    •  Familiarity with Salesforce is desired 
    • Good attention to detail 
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision 
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required

    NB: Experience selling to financial services company is an added advantage
