    Senior Sales Associate

    Description

    A successful candidate for this role is a talented sales strategist who can collaborate with the sales team to consistently meet sales goals.

    If you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for sales and excellent customer service that allows you to engage with growing businesses, then we would love to have you on the team.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
    • Consistently achieve sales targets/revenue goals and KPI's set by management.
    • Manage leads and follow-up with prospects.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
    • Create short and long term sales plans with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
    • Provide insights to management for improving products based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
    • Consistently meet the revenue goals in accordance with team/organisational goals.
    • Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.
    • Lead conversion from numerous sales channels.

    Requirements

    • Have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in Fintech.
    • Have empathy for users and can quickly grasp the contexts within which their businesses operate.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Are proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
    • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
    • Are comfortable with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • Are able to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
    • Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to drive sales.
    • Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
