    Power System Sales Executive

    SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILTIES

    Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Company’s range of EPG (Electric Power Generation) products within the assigned geographical territory and market sector.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
    • Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
    • Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
    • Aggressively promote the company’s product within the catchment area and win more prospects.
    • Provide product related technical assistance and advise to customers and prospects.
    • Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
    • Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    •  A degree or its equivalent in the Engineering Discipline/ Social Sciences/ Business Management
    • A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in particular key/ large account.
    • A significant work experience with Gas Engines will be an added advantage
    • An excellent sales experience in an engineering/power system company is necessary
    • Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.

    Service Technicians

    SUMMARY

    This role is responsible to the Service Manager – West, for the effective and efficient implementation of Mechanical / Electrical diagnostic procedures and repairs under workshop and field conditions.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    •  Implement major overhauls on Caterpillar equipment as instructed by the Management.
    • Conduct inspections and commissioning of new Caterpillar equipment ensuring the required documentation is completed correctly.
    • Effectively utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate Caterpillar engine performance and condition following recognized Caterpillar procedures and service information.
    • Establish parts reusability using Caterpillar literature and service information.
    • Prepare parts list for workshop jobs utilizing SIS Parts System.
    • Minimize rectification work by ensuring correct procedures are employed during assembly and maintenance work.
    • Ensure company assets i.e. tools and equipment are maintained to an acceptable standard, ensuring all tools are available for inspection when requested.
    • Report any unsafe practice or situation to superiors for immediate action.
    • Prepare clear and concise service reports, SIMS; DSR as required for both customer and Management.
    • Effectively implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Perform other related duties as may be directed by immediate Supervisor.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Trade test/C&G /OND/HND/BSc. /BEng. in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering discipline.
    • 2 years’ experience with OND/Trade test/C&G, OR 2 years’ Field experience with HND/BSc/BEng.
    • Experience with  perkins engines.
    • A staff of Mikano and Jubaili  will be an added advantage
    • Good working knowledge of Caterpillar service procedures and operations.
    • Ability to operate and interpret Caterpillar (CAT) technical aids, including SIS and other dealer software will be an added advantage.
    • Sound driving skills with valid professional drivers’ license.

    Internal Sales Representative Manager (ISR)

    Responsibilities

    • Strategically drive revenue targets for Caterpillar equipment and product parts in Nigeria
    • Regularly review sales pipeline of salesmen and ensure maximum conversion of opportunities to sales
    • Drive CRM adoption and champion change management
    • Use analytics from salesforce CRM to gain insights and drive sales process optimization
    • Prepare and present regular sales forecast to top management
    • Regularly review work processes and methods to align with best practices
    • Manage marketing campaigns by engaging inactive customers to drive customer loyalty and retention
    • Regularly develop initiatives to motivate salesmen to improve sales and productivity
    • Ensure all Caterpillar products enquires via email, internet and telephone are attended to promptly
    • Monitor economic trends and competitor’s actives and provide advice to top management
    • Champion after-sales support efforts and develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction scores
    • Achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis per channel
    • Maintain SET Scores for ISR Team cumulatively >85%

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
    • E-Commerce experience is desirable
    • ISR experience is essential
    • Quality assurance experience is desirable
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power point
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Good listening and analytical skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Leadership skills is essential

    Treasury Accountant

    1. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
    Prompt processing of Form M and Letters of Credit applications and constant follow up to avoid shipment delays. Ensure timely and adequate reconciliation of bank accounts. Monthly verification of accuracy of interest and bank charges.
    2.MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Ensure accurate and timely uploading of M-forms using all the information on the proforma invoice.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of letter of credits forms using all the information on the PFI with LC special instructions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of Insurance Certificates using data from PFI
    • Follow up Form M and LC applications submitted to the bank to ensure approved Form M and LC are obtained on time to avoid shipment delay.
    • Responsible for the Import and Export LC as well as respecting the standardized process of Group policies/processes
    • Ensure that banks communicate all data / SWIFTs with Mantrac on time and follow up on payment receipts.
    • Primary point of contact for all trade activities with the banks and monitoring facility usage for trade instruments
    • Monitor/track/reduce bank charges being borne through trade activities, following up with bank if overcharged
    • Provide accurate analysis of import bank charges by banks for management use.
    • Monitoring of import bank charges reserve to ensure continuing adequacy.
    • Monitoring of marine insurance reserve for ensuring continuing adequacy.
    • Provide accurate report on the established / outstanding Form M and LC on a weekly basis.
    • Prompt preparation of bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.
    • Monthly verification of the accuracy of the interest and bank charges.
    • Carry out any other treasury/finance related duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
    • Ensure the Treasury policy is followed
