    People and Culture Associate

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR functions and play a crucial role in building and maintaining our organizational culture of excellence.

    Notes:

    There are two branches out of which you can work out of: Island and Mainland

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
    • Manage employee relations and maintain personnel records with strict confidentiality
    • Administer payroll and benefits in collaboration with the finance department
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
    • Coordinate performance management processes and professional development initiatives
    • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with sensitivity and fairness
    • Organize and facilitate staff engagement activities and team-building initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Support organizational development and change management initiatives
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a human resources role, preferably in healthcare
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus

    Dispatch Rider

    Job Summary

    The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of medical supplies, laboratory samples, official documents, and other related items. The role requires punctuality, integrity, and strict adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver and pick up documents, laboratory samples, medications, and other medical supplies promptly
    • Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of sensitive medical items
    • Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgments
    • Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and traffic laws
    • Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition
    • Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents promptly
    • Ensure confidentiality of patient-related information and documents
    • Assist with other logistics-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification
    • Valid rider’s license and LASDRI card (or relevant state rider permit)
    • Minimum of 1–3 years experience as a dispatch rider (healthcare experience is an advantage)
    • Good knowledge of local routes and road networks
    • Ability to read and write clearly
    • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
    • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required
