    Content Developer

    Description

    Under the direct supervision of the VP, Growth & Operations, you will be primarily responsible for the development of written content for an engaging customer experience. You will research, write, and/or edit a wide range of resources for customer education, including news articles and instructional aids. Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in creating and editing content regularly viewed by thousands of users and possesses an incredible attention to detail. This is primarily a writing position; therefore, moderate writing skills are a requirement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write copy relevant to customer and JISE needs.
    • Generate topics based on daily research and current events.
    • Collaborate with internal and/or external resources to update existing content.
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deliverable deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Current student pursuing (or recent graduate with) an undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
    • Team player who works fast and has high quality standards.
    • Must have extreme attention to detail, persistence, patience, and creativity.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent grammar and editing skills.

    Customer Experience Management Personnel

    Description

    We are looking for a Customer Experience Management Personnel with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the CEMP, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
    • Direct customers to online resources
    • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
    • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
    • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
    • Participate in team-building activities
    • Develop a rapport with customers
    • Encourage customers to complete surveys
    • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

    Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

    • B.Sc. / B.A Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any other related field.
    • Must be experienced in CRM software’s such as but not limited to Salesforce, Pipedrive, ZohoCRM, Hubspots etc.
    • Previous experience in an office or call center
    • Must have at least one year customer service experience
    • Good command of the English language
    • Strong Customer Relationship skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

    Lead Generation and Digital Marketing

    Description

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Intern. In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on campaigns with our digital marketing team. Our ideal intern candidate should possess graphic design skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook etc. Applicants should be current students in a 4-year post-secondary program, but recent graduates can also apply.     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist with social media campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO).
    • Design and perform A/B testing to refine messaging and strategies based on data.
    • Build and streamline online marketing campaigns

    • Conceptualize, produce, and distribute campaigns to test and develop customer channels, including analyzing key metrics.
    • Support in producing marketing assets.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program (recent graduates considered)
    • Prior internship experience a plus
    • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other content creation tools
    • Graphic design skills
    • Adequate computer skills
