    Operations Planning Lead

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement detailed operational plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with JV objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate with Drilling, Completions, and Production teams to ensure integrated planning.
    • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of resources for production activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
    • Advanced degree (Master’s) in an added advantage.
    • Possession of relevant professional certification, e.g., PMP is an advantage.
    • Possess minimum 10 (ten) years active experience in Operations Planning within an oil-producing asset.
    • Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential
    • Proven track record of leading and managing complex operational projects with an oil-producing asset

    Asset Planning, Economics, & Performance Analysis Lead

    Job Description:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive asset plans, including long-term production forecasts, capital expenditures planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal asset performance and alignment with business goals.
    • Conduct economic evaluations of development projects, including NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
    • Coordinate financial modelling process to assess the viability and profitability of new and existing assets, including field development plans, and cost optimization initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.
    • Master’s Degree or professional certification e.g., SPE, PMP, CFA, etc. is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 (ten) years quality experience in asset management, economic analysis, or performance evaluation within an upstream oil and gas company.
    • Strong knowledge of economic modelling, financial analysis, and investment appraisal techniques specific to the oil & gas sector.

    IM&T Lead

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement IM&T strategies, policies, and standards to support business objectives.

    Principal, Well Delivery Lead

    Job Description:

    • Lead and coordinate the design, engineering, and planning of wells to ensure optimal performance, safety, and cost-efficiency.
    • Oversee the execution of drilling and completion operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, timelines, and budgets.
    • Collaborate with third-party service providers, ensuring performance meets contract terms and operational requirements
    • Prepare well cost estimates, track actual costs against budget, and provide variance reports.

    Requirements:

    Job Description:

    • Conduct detailed subsurface geological and geophysical evaluations to support field development plans and exploration activities.

    Job Description:

    • Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws, and regulations

    Planning Engineer

    Job Description

    • Ensure project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
    • Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensure other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available.
    • Develop elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.

    Process Safety Coordinator

    Job Description:

    • Ensure the compliance of established process safety standards and regulation within the asset for all including contractors and local contractors.
    • Develop and implement process safety management programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and regulations. E.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, etc.
    • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments, including HAZOP, HAZID, and other safety studies, to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.

    Requirements:

    QAQC Engineer

    Job Description

    • Ensure the quality of products, consumables and materials comply with requirements of established Procedures,
    • Gather and properly document all data inputs related to quality compliance reporting and tracking.
    • Systematically inspect Contractors’ workshops and construction sites and report / advise any problems, concerns regarding quality and welding activities.
    • Ensure discovered non-conformances (NCRs) are identified, tracked, and closed out prior to acceptance of the work requirements.
    • Ensure that Contractors issue all the necessary quality documents, and that they are duly signed and filed, whilst monitoring and overseeing the timely production of the quality documentation.
    • Monitor Welding, NDT (non-destructive testing) and equipment calibration certification activities and performance whilst checking proper implementation at work/project places for compliance of process, procedures, products, consumables, materials, and personnel.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years’ active experience in Oil and Gas QAQC activities for Drilling and Completion, Intervention, Production and facilities.
    • Demonstrate background and thorough knowledge to codes such as ANSI, B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 1104.
    • Familiar with NDT methods, visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiography, vacuum box testing. ASNT/PCN level II RT, UT, MT, PT, RFI (Radiographic Film Interpretation) certification can be an advantage.
    • Departmental and Company QHSSE champion.
