    Brand Manager

    Brand Manager (All Hygiene Category)

    Direct Report to: Head of Marketing

    Responsible for: Agency & Assistant Brand Manager

    Job Reponsibilities:

    • Developing mid and long term marketing strategies for the categories under responsibility 
    • Developing and executing the yearly activity plan inline with marketing strategies
    • Developing communication strategies in all channels (TV, radio, newspaper, PR, POP, sponsorship)
    • Managing relations with international or local third parties: creative, media, BTL & PR agencies
    • Orienting the media planning department to create the media plan inline with brand communication strategies 
    • Competitor analysis to senior management (Market shares, shelf prices, promotional activities, communication campaigns, PR activities, new product launches)
    • Proposing and implementing necessary market researches after monitoring brand performances (performance tests, pre and post ad reports, customer satisfaction index etc.)
    • Working closely with sales team to plan promotional activities to boost sales and increase product trials.

    Qualification Requirments:

    • Min. 6 years experience (Hygiene category experience will be an asset)
    • University degree in a business related subject (preferably social sciences like management, economics, international relations etc.)
    • Experience in a corporate firm preferably in FMCG sector (multinational company with international brand management experience)
    • Having skills in leadership, team management, problem-solving mentality, analytical thinking.

    • Having skills in using MS Office Programs.

    • Being passionate, ambitious, success-oriented.

    Import & Export Chief

    Report directly to: Head of Supply Chain

    Responsible for: IMPEX Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Investigating the specialized and technical needs in the management and administration of commodities and products that are sent for delivery from the organization.
    • Negotiating documented agreements for the delivery and management of products and commodities.
    • Ability to harmonize relationships and monitoring of service pricing by freight forwarding, clearing agents, and transporters.
    • Accelerate import-export activities and maintain up-to-date data on tariffs, licenses and preferential trade zones such as Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), Africa Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA), and restrictions.
    • Administrating the transfer of commodities and products as per the particularities of the clients and making sure that the targets of the organization are achieved.
    • Administrating and supervising the workings and undertakings of the workers in the import section of the organization and handling the interactions with the clients and sellers.
    • Supervising the inside transfer of products and commodities and making sure that this is done in agreement with the rules, regulations and policies of the governing system authorities.
    • Manages Certificates of Analysis for all materials
    • Participates in the monthly, quarterly and year-end close in Supply Chain.
    • Participation in the sales activities of subsidiaries in the holding company.
    • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of import-export transactions.
    • Management of shipments to ensure compliance of regulations in the global business environment.
    • Productive customer orientation and management of public relations.
    • Participation in the sales activities of subsidiaries in the holding company.
    • Report  all Customs and others Government  (SON,NAFDAC, ETC) Agencies  Query in respect of shipment, Containers examination to Supply Chain Manager for quick resolution

    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualification requirement:

    • Broad knowledge of the global marketplace.
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
    • An MBA with a concentration in relevant field will be an advantage
    • Minimum of Seven years’ experience in import-export duties.
    • Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
    • Thorough understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Capacity to use virtual communication applications to enhance customer service.
    • Knowledge of how to update and maintain customer databases by using customer relationship management (CRM) applications.
    • Understanding of how to use social media management and reach to promote exports and global sourcing of imports.
    • Ability to leverage trade shows and digital communication to identify manufacturers, vendors, export markets, and strategic partners.
    • Good knowledge of budgeting, budgetary control, and aggressive cost management to enhance competitiveness in international trade.
    • Knowledge of how to negotiate contracts with foreign sales and distribution clients/hubs to establish export outlets.
    • Understanding of how to consult with clients concerning insurance, reduction in taxes, and customs duties.
    • In-depth understating of how to organize packaging, branding, shipping processes to align with the cultural preferences of clients at export destinations.
    • Capacity to conduct market intelligence in the global market and prepare forecasts supported with trend analysis.
    • Ability to lead, train, motivate, and mentor subordinates to ensure continuous performance improvement.

    Supply Planner

    Direct Report: Supply Planning Chief

    Location: Agbara, Ogun State

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

    Job Description:

    • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
    • To implement and manage production processes that will give maximum output efficiency from manpower and machines.
    • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • To manage all factory-related affairs which include HSE, manufacturing, maintenance, manpower, needs, manpower training & development and machineries upgrading.
    • To implement and manage processes that will deliver the HSE standards set by the Group.
    • To coordinate with the supply chain and customer service departments on production planning, RM availability and stock control.
    • To create process mapping for all manufacturing activities and continuously look for ways to improve the productivity by eliminating waste.
    • Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
    • Updates interested parties as to how production is progressing

    Requirement:

    • 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG
    • Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation, Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity, Financial Planning and Strategy.
    • A good University degree in Engineering ( BSc or HND)
    • Ability to use key supply chain systems and tools (SAP)
    • Analytical Thinking, Operational Excellence, Result Oriented, Planning & Organizational Ability
