    Electrical Technician

    Job Summary

    The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical safety protocols, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail, while upholding the highest standards of housekeeping and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    • Electrical Routine Activities: Install, maintain, repair electrical control, wiring, lighting systems and repair electrical wiring, and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted power supply to machinery and equipment.
    • Maintenance and Repairs: inspect electrical components, identify electrical problems, and troubleshoot issues using appropriate testing devices., including motors, transformers, switches, and circuit breakers.
    • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical and instrumentation emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
    • Troubleshooting: Analyze electrical issues and implement solutions promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operations.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to prevent electrical hazards.
    • Housekeeping and GMP: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work area.
    • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, calibration procedures, and inventory. Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other professionals to identify and implement solutions for electrical problems. Work closely with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

    Electrical Instrumentation Engineer

    • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve potential issues.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to prevent electrical hazards.
    • Housekeeping and GMP: Maintain clean and organized work areas, following established housekeeping protocols and GMP guidelines. Properly handle and dispose of electrical and instrumentation-related waste materials.
    • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, calibration procedures, and inventory. Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
