    Sales Representative

    Our client is a leading retail lifestyle company in NigeriaDue to expansion, they are in need of Sales Representatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
    • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, managing logistics, and tracking inventory.
    • Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
    • Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.

    Our client handles the inventory, shipping, returns and customer service through our distribution facilities across Africa. Due to expansion, They are currently in need of VAN DRIVERS in Ikeja, Orile Iganmu and Ikotun.
    Salary: 60,000
    Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

    • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
    • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
