    Field Recruiter

    We are hiring a  Field Recruiter to join our team. If you're hard-working and dedicated, Fadac Resources is an excellent place to grow your career.

    Responsibilities

    • Drives applicants through innovative approaches to sourcing and networking
    • Conduct exploratory interviews on an ongoing basis to keep a consistent pipeline of talent.
    • Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the job area, resume mining, and going into competitive companies
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships to include succession planning
    • Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates
    • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
    • Measure the success of initiatives; complete timely community outreach reports.
    • Perform reference checks as needed
    • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
    • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

    Qualifications for Recruiter

    • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    • Similar years of experience is an added advantage
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Comfortable making decisions independently
    • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
    • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
