    Finance Officer

    Reports To: Head of Finance

    Job Summary:

    The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Experience in the fintech sector will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
    • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
    • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • ICAN certification (required).
    • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
    • Experience in the fintech industry will be an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Business Development Intern (NYSC Corp Member)

    Reports To: Business Development Manager
    Duration: NYSC Service Year (with the possibility of full-time engagement after completion)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

    Fleet Officer

    Department: Fleet Management
    Reports to: Head of Fleet

    Job Summary

    The Fleet Officer provides essential administrative and operational support to the Fleet Department. Working closely with the Head of Fleet, this role ensures that all vehicle records, documentation, and communications are properly maintained and up to date. The Fleet Officer also acts as a liaison between drivers, management, Accounts, and other departments to ensure efficient day-to-day vehicle operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company vehicles, including documentation such as licenses, insurance, and maintenance logs.
    • Support the Head of Fleet in monitoring vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and cost tracking.
    • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.
    • Track vehicle movement, fuel consumption, repairs, and servicing activities.
    • Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in preparing periodic fleet performance and expense reports.
    • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support fleet efficiency and compliance.

    Qualifications

    • HND or B.Sc. in Office Administration, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a fleet, logistics, or operations department.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (mandatory).
    • Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems and data entry tools.
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation (insurance, licensing, etc.).

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain organized spreadsheets, logs, and shared files.
