Reports To: Business Development Manager
Duration: NYSC Service Year (with the possibility of full-time engagement after completion)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Engage potential clients and help maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Collaborate with other departments to support ongoing business initiatives.
• Track and report business development metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC corps members (recently posted or just out of camp are encouraged to apply).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business development and the fintech industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
