    Field Sales/Marketing Executives

    Job Description:

    Our client, a leading company in manufacturing and sales of crafted bathroom and sanitary wares seek to fill the below position

    LOCATION: Victoria Island Lagos

    Responsibilities:

    • Generates and follows up on sales leads in territory. Provides thorough product demonstrations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
    • Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; phone calls or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
    • Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory.
    • Close new deals at a high rate
    • Build relationships with existing customers
    • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
    • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
    • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
    • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
    • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
    • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
    • Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
    • Ensures contacts receive marketing literature; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.
    • Reviews any questions or concerns with the Sales Manager; discusses any unique product configurations/problems with Customer Service, Engineering, or Production as necessary.
    • Submits reports to Sales Manager; provides weekly activity/call reports for assigned territory.
    • Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Sales Manager.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a bathroom and sanitary ware industry.
    • Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales executives or a similar role in a bathroom and sanitary ware company.
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Track record of achieving allotted sales quota
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and other software
    • Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
    • Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excellent communication skills
    • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented individual

    Customer Care Executive

    Job Description:

    LOCATION: Victoria Island Lagos

    Customer Care Executive Responsibilities:

    • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
    • Overseeing the customer service process.
    • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
    • Creating policies and procedures.
    • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
    • Selecting and hiring new staff.
    • Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
    • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
    • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
    • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

    Customer Care Executive Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.

    Cleaner

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the cleanliness of all outlets & locations assigned
    • Responsible for Sanitation trainings of all personnel, which includes but is not limited to hands-on training for equipment handling, cleaning techniques and time control plans
    • Ensure that staff performs as per required rules and regulations.
    • Conduct spot-checks daily to ensure compliance and address discrepancies.
    • Ensures cleanings are carried out as per onboard schedules and as deemed necessary
    • Maintain, monitor, and audit all sanitation logs
    • Responsible for the cleanliness and working condition of all cleaning and washing equipment and address if needed any maintenance requirement
    • Train and supervise the correct handling of equipment for all personnel concerned.
    • Regular inspections on the conditions of equipment and follow up with maintenance reports daily or as required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum OND from a reputable institution
    • Must have a full understanding of safety policies and procedures
    • Proximity to highlighted location is an added advantage

    Dispatch Riders (Island and Mainland)

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for running errands for the company on the bike and a prompt time on delivery of assignments give                           

    Requirements:

    • Minimum SSCE/OND from a reputable institution
    • Proximity to the highlighted location is an added advantage.
    • Salary is attractive with other benefits and bonuses
    • Preferred candidates must be between 27- 40 years old
    • Candidate must possess valid Riders License.
    • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a dispatch Rider with good driving records

    Crew Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize, stock, and maintain store appearance
    • Communicate with team members on shop performance and provide feedback for further shop improvements
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service.
    • Responsible for smooth change of shift and adequate handover
    • Responsible for overseeing the day and night staff to ensure customer efficiency.
    • Make sure all orders are placed on time and customers are attended to in good time
    • Take daily inventory of all stock
    • Ensure accuracy of all financial calculations and return appropriate change

    • Candidate must be able to hold healthy conversations
