Business Development/ Center Manager

• Ideally, a university graduate of Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines, preferably post-graduate, with less than 12 years of relevant experience.
• The last two years of the which, would have been in a senior position in a Technical Training Institution.
• Strong business development and leadership skills, as well as competencies in training research, and the development of training, curricula, and the identification of hardware and software required for existing and new Programmes.
• Ideal candidates will currently be heading a Technical Training Institution, or hold a senior position in a Technical Trainings Company.

These will be required to research, develop and facilitate technical training programs in the following areas.   

• Automation, instrumentation, and process control
• Electrical/ electronics
• Mechanical / electro-mechanical engineering

Suitable candidates will be university graduates of the applicable disciplines, preferably at the post-graduate level, with not less than 10 years of relevant experience. The last three years of which would be in a technical/ engineering training institution.

SENIOR TECHNICAL MANAGER

He/she will play a very critical role in working with our team of facilitators in ensuring high-quality training design, development as well as have the ability to design & build trainers as well as identify required software for training in one or a combination of the following areas:

• Automation/instrumentation
• Mechanical / electro-mechanical
• Electrical/electronics

He/she will have extensive experience teaching /facilitating of training programs at the senior level in one or more of the above areas.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of any of the above disciplines and have not less than 15 years of experience in the engineering field, the last five years of which would have been in a technical / engineering institution.
