    Production Technologist – New Opportunity Development - HLP

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Production Technologist (New Opportunity Development) - HLP will be responsible for production technology input to new opportunity development for production growth and asset optimization such as field development studies, new well development for oil/gas growth and produced water management. Their responsibilities will include conceptual well & completion design, field development studies, reservoir management/production optimization, and well operations support. They should also be able to seek out, adopt and implement cutting-edge technologies/strategies for well performance, monitoring and enhanced recovery.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support the formulation of field development plans, including identifying key well management strategies and lifecycle well/reservoir surveillance and flow assurance requirements
    • Production Technology input to proposals for new production growth opportunities, workovers and new wells. Actively participate in decisions on well targeting, well development and production strategies based on comprehensive data analysis
    • Deliver conceptual well completion designs for new developments and support well engineering in delivering detailed well designs
    • Ensure well completions are designed to maximize recovery while minimizing operational risks and costs
    • Provide production technology input to completion programs and support well operations

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s in engineering or other related fields.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Production Technologist in the oil and gas industry, with a broad understanding of other E&P disciplines
    • Working knowledge of completion design, well operations and flow assurance
    • Working knowledge of well inflow/outflow modelling and enhancement
    • Working Knowledge of sand control methods and sand management

    Reservoir Engineer -HLP

    Job Summary

    • This HLP role provides development opportunities in reservoir performance analysis, reserves estimation, and field development planning. The successful candidate will join the Subsurface team and work closely with geoscientists, production engineers, and economists to support value-maximizing reservoir management decisions. The successful candidate will join a competent team of reservoir engineers responsible for championing reservoir management strategies to maximize the value of our oil and gas assets to both enhance hydrocarbon production and optimize field development (plans). He/she will mainly work in the Subsurface team and with the Petroleum Engineering Functions to address technical deliverables as assigned by the team leadership.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Contribute to work requiring the knowledge of the importance of proper fluid characterization and modelling.
    • Demonstrate the knowledge of fluid flow (Fluid dynamics) in porous media and be able to differentiate between the different flow regimes in appropriate tasks.
    • Apply the relationship between capillary pressure, relative permeability and reservoir performance in contributing to Reservoir Analysis.
    • Reconcile and Quality Check input data for Reservoir Analysis (pressure, production, PVT, Hydrocarbons Initially in Place) and associated uncertainties.
    • Identify and extract key reservoir surveillance data (pressure, WOR, GOR etc) from raw production data.

    Well Services Engineer - HLP

    Job Summary

    Petrophysicist - HLP

    Job Summary

    • This HLP role provides hands-on exposure to formation evaluation workflows, core-log integration, and reservoir property modelling to build expertise as a Petrophysicist.
