Vacancies for Technical Operators, Electrical Technicians & Electrical Supervisors

Vacancies exists for qualified persons for the roles of Technical Operators (OND Elect/Elect Eng, Mech Eng), Electrical Technicians (OND Elect/Elect) and Electrical Supervisors (HND Elect/Elect Eng)

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform minor repairs on them (Tech Operators)
• Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment
• Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
• Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality
• Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted
• Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule
• Log all services and report progress to management

Requirements

Electrical Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical School Certification or OND or equivalent for Technical Operators and Electrical Technicians; HND in Electrical Engineering for Electrical Supervisors
• 2+ years of experience working in related jobs
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, panels, pumps and wiring
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of codes and safety regulations
• Age not more than 30years

Job brief

We are looking for young, smart and trainable candidates to employ as Foaming Machine Operators and Quality Officers

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start  production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix minor issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Ensure quality throughout production
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs

Requirements

• Experience as a foam machine operator an advantage
• Academic Status: Maximun OND in Chemical Engineering, Science Lab Technology, Chemistry or other Chemical Science Disciplines. HND and Bsc holders are not to apply.
