    Strategic Partnership Executive

    Job Descriptions

    • We are currently and urgently in need of Strategic Partnership Executive to join our team. Successful candidate must be a strategic and critical thinker, with an ability to innovate and device new ideas/ways of diversifying the business portfolio.

    Other duties include:

    • Implement a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of ongoing efforts in advancing the company’s focus areas.
    • Coordinate the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners
    • Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate, government, bilateral organizations etc.
    • Expand and diversify the funding base/pipeline to increase company’s major initiatives and existing collaborations;
    • Deliver professional sales presentations to assigned potential partner organizations

    Skills and Requirement

    • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management or any related field
    • Experience in and Knowledge of investment market, sales, forecasting and reporting
    • 3-5 yrs experience in Business Strategy/Strategic Partnership role
    • Sales, Presentation, Strategic planning and Negotiation skills

    Lead, Performance Management & Compensation

    Details:

    We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Performance Management Analyst to lead the unit within the HR department. Successful candidate must be very Analytical and capable of assessing any situation from a variety of perspectives and developing appropriate performance policies to meet required needs. He/she will among other things:

    Duties:

    • Lead, direct & coordinate the development and implementation of performance management system across the group.
    • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework and all performance relates issues.
    • Managing the performance review process, coordinating post appraisals meetings & ensuring implementation of outcomes.
    • Coordinate performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees
    • Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies
    • Proposing and managing compensation structure and reviews, ensuring regular market related pay research and benchmarking
    • Ensure a performance improvement plan is in place for underperforming employees
    • Drive high performance in the teams
    • Ensure compliance with all policies related to performance management & rewards.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5yrs experience in performance/rewards management or HR generalist function
    • Relevant degree in HR Mgt or related field.
    • Minimum of 2yrs experience in a supervisory role. Analytical & detail oriented

    Experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist

    Details:

    • Consult with hiring managers to develop and execute compelling recruitment strategies recruit highly talented and diverse workforce
    • Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition and retention.
    • Create and drive innovative recruitment method to build a continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source difficult to fill positions.
    • Analyze the recruitment process to identify efficient and improvement opportunities and periodically provide unit’s activity report for management.
    • Define overall plan and strategy for recruitment, creating a roadmap for online and offline candidate sourcing.
    • Increase the number of qualified applications of candidates who visit the career portal and ensure all candidates have a positive online experience
    • Analyzing recruitment trends for attracting the best talent through researches and leveraging on acquired data to build and expand metrics that measure effectiveness

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years post-graduation experience with cognitive experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field. Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Additional  qualification and recognized professional certification will be a plus
