Reconciliation and Settlement Lead at 3Line Card Management Limited

Responsibilities

• Handle Settlement of all POS / Card Transaction
• Reconcile all POS / Card Transactions
• Handle Settlement Complaints (Shortages / Non-Settlements)
• Ensure the daily settlement of POS/card transactions.
• Performing any other task as duly assigned.
• Ensure that your wallets reflect all successful transactions.
• Communication of any noticed variance in withdrawal settlement transaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role in the fintech space.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial, Data, and Business Analytics skills
• A high sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
• Ability to work in a team and take on new challenges.
