    Head of Marketing (with strong experience in HMO)

    Job Summary

    • The Head of marketing will lead marketing strategy, corporate acquisition, business growth, and retention across Abuja and the northern region. He/she will be responsible for leading high-value deals, partnerships, and brand visibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
    • Lead corporate negotiations and acquisition of major accounts.
    • Strengthen stakeholder relationships across private and government sectors.
    • Oversee account management, ensuring excellent customer experience and retention.
    • Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to shape strategy.
    • Supervise and mentor the Abuja marketing team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; Master\'s degree is an advantage.
    • 8–10 years senior marketing experience, ideally in an HMO.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and business networking skills.

    Zonal Marketing Manager (HMO, Lagos)

    Job Summary

    • The Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the entire Lagos zone’s sales and marketing operations, driving revenue generation, market penetration, and client retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement zonal sales strategies and deliver revenue targets.
    • Acquire new corporate and retail clients across the Lagos market.
    • Build and manage relationships with brokers, HR decision makers, and key stakeholders.
    • Supervise the zonal team and monitor performance.
    • Prepare market intelligence reports and sales forecasts.
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues across service teams.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
    • 6–8 years sales/marketing experience; Lagos market experience is an advantage.
    • Proven record of achieving targets in competitive markets.
    • Strong communication and team-leadership skills.
