    Production Associate

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • We are looking for a production associate to work closely with the production team to produce and create new best-in-class podcast content.
    • Support the production of new content
    • Work closely with the production and editorial teams on the editorial agenda and deliverables
    • Book talent and guests
    • Conduct research and fact-checking, find contextual audio materials (e.g., news clippings), pre-interview guests, and reserve studio time
    • Help outline, produce, and assemble episodes throughout all stages of production
    • Help edit, mix, and sound design the episodes
    • Help project manage production schedules and workflow
    • Work cross functionally with other teams like editorial, social, digital, marketing, sales, ops, etc to support podcast needs and the development of its business

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related area
    • At least 1- 2 year experience in development or production podcasts, radio, or audio content
    • Ability to work across a variety of genres such as culture, tech, lifestyle, and true-crime, and styles such as documentary-style, interview-style, narrative, and conversation
    • Proficiency in editing tools and software, and ability to meet deadlines
    • Skilled in video graphics effect (VFX) and editing.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • An ear for good audio and ideas on audio storytelling
    • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to produce compelling, thought full, and thought-provoking podcasts
    • Proficiency in audio production and editing skills, and strong understanding of audio hardware, software, and facilities
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

    Front Desk Personnel

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Welcoming guests, determine the nature of the business, and announces guests to appropriate personnel.  
    • Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.  
    • Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel is unavailable.  
    • Scheduling meeting/conference rooms.  
    • Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files.  
    • Coordinate with vendors and services they provide.  
    • Ensure the main voicemail reflects office closings, special events as well as posting office closed signs.  
    • Answering questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information requested.
    • Receiving and forwarding incoming emails.
    • Receives, sorts and distributes mail.  

    REQUIRED SKILL

    • Smart and good looking 
    • Polished professional with an outgoing attitude 
    • Be a team player and love to make the guests feel at home.  
    • Excellent typing skills (word processing; 50-60 wpm), high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new applications as required.  
    • Demonstrate excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.  
    • Commitment to work overtime on occasion.  
    • Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management, while working in a fast-paced environment.  
    • Must reside around Lekki and Ajah axis

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    Community Lead

    We search for an oriented Community Lead to help grow the organization.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience.
    • Follow up in person with all members who’ve submitted a bad rating for conference rooms, poorly rated a ticket, or submitted a negative response.
    • Follow the model for issue resolution, utilizing the severity scale to determine the next steps. Ensure the proposed solution fully meets the member’s needs.
    • Complete the New Member Orientation process for all new accounts within the building.
    • Curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc to provide on move-in day.
    • Activate new members (virtual members and office space members).
    • Provide feedback on programming types (based on member makeup) and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact on the appropriate Events team.
    • Set up and host weekly “social events” that help to create a community within your location and execute “Value-Driving” events planned by the Community Experience team when applicable in the building (ex. “ Happy Hour”).

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Sales or any related discipline

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2 -4 years in a sale, community or marketing role
    • Experience in managing and motivating staff.

    SKILL AND ABILITIES

    • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
    • Ability to plan and execute events.
    • Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
    • Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence.
    • Good stress and time management skills
    • Highly organized and detailed
    • Loves to interact and socialize.
