    E-Commerce Manager

    THE POSITION:

    We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee the structure and design of an E-commerce website, driving sales performance of the platform in the Fashion Industry          

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Ensure smooth online retail processes.
    • Research customer needs and their response to adverts
    • Work with the marketing team on advert and social media campaigns
    • Conduct marketing research on products and services 
    • Order processing and payment
    • Interfacing with clients
    • Managing the online store
    • Make business decisions about products, pricing and promotions
    • Monitor web traffic to measure promotion success and make improvements
    • Overseeing logistics, inventory management, Brand management and customer experience   
    • Analyze and evaluate and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, or any related field
    • 5-7 years in e-commerce operations 
    • Proven experience in the Fashion industry
    • Ability to analyze data and create reports
    • Knowledge of the best customer service practices

    Client Relationship Officer

    Job Summary

    The role of the client relationship officer is primarily responsible for the building and maintaining of positive relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. As the client contact person, you will be required to resolve issues, promote products or services to enhance overall experience. Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, good fashion sense and a proactive approach to client engagement are essential skills required on the job.

    Job Descriptions

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, address inquiries, resolve concerns, compliant or issues and provide relevant information promptly and effectively.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, documentation  ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
    • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
    • Manage and build client and tenant database.
    • Handle service charge and rent recovery
    • Develop and Implement strategies to ensure client’s satisfaction enhancing client retention and loyalty
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements, preferences, and goals.

    • Collaborate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better position the company in the market.
    • Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

    Job Specifications

    • Minimum of BSc/ BA in business administration, business, marketing, or a related field
    • Relevant professional certifications is required
    • Must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ client management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry with proven work experience.
    • Excellent communication skills. 
    • Looks professional, presentable, sociable and must be confidential. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software
    • Must have excellent management skills.
    • Excellent relationship management skills

    Compliance Officer

    Job Summary:

    The Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. They are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust compliance framework. The primary objective is to prevent and detect violations of laws, regulations, and internal policies, thereby mitigating legal and financial risks.

    Responsibilities:

    Job Specification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
    • 5 – 7 years proven experience in compliance
    • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
