    Digital Lead

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The role holder is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across various online platforms. This role holder is required to lead a team, optimize digital campaigns, and analyze performance data to ensure alignment with overall business goals. 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • A typical day on the job will involve. 
    • Create and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and business growth. 
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital team to execute campaigns effectively. 
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. 
    • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights. 
    • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact. 
    • Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic. 
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, brand-aligned digital content. 
    • Demonstrate strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and messages in a compelling and engaging manner across various platforms and mediums. 
    • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align digital strategies with company objectives. 
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative strategies. 
    • Use customer insights to tailor digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

    REQUIREMENTS 

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
    • 2-4 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. 
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
    • Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and campaign optimization.
    • Experience in managing and allocating digital marketing budgets. 
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams. 
    • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, etc.).
    • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing

    Front Desk /Admin Trainee

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests
    • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
    • Redirect all phone calls and emails to the appropriate department and take down messages where necessary

    Responsibilities

    Accountant Trainee

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools to accurately record, track, and analyze financial data
    • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering transactions into accounting systems and ensuring supporting documentation is complete and properly filed
