    HR Business Partner

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely recruitment for open positions within 30 days from job posting
    • 100% completion of performance evaluations on time
    • Implement follow-up on improvement plans for underperforming employees
    • Address employee concerns promptly and improve engagement levels
    • Resolve 90% of employee grievances within a week and maintain high engagement
    • Support the quarterly performance review process, ensuring completion within deadlines

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree with at least a second-class upper (2.1) in Human Resources,
    • Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2—4 years progressive HR experience, with Human Resource
    • Generalist and Administration experiences
    • Professional HR certification
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
