    Assistant Finance Manager

    About this position

    • We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to drive financial excellence and support our organization’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will lead financial operations, ensure robust financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Financial Strategy & Reporting

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to optimize company performance.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage financial reporting using advanced tools including NetSuite, Open Air, Amelkis Opera, TM1 (Cognos), and Amelkis lease.

    Financial Operations & Performance

    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

    Strategic Partnerships

    • Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
    • Provide financial reporting to Group Finance on a quadrimester and annual basis.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Continuously identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.

    Qualifications

    • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Proven experience in financial management.
    • Strong proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.

    Experienced Accounting Associate

    About this position

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Accounting Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial reporting, software management, and client communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting and Accounting 

    • Manage comprehensive financial accounting records using advanced cloud-based accounting software (SAP, Sage, Xero).
    • Prepare monthly balance schedules, bank reconciliation statements, and financial statements in full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP).

    Transaction Management and Compliance 

    Meticulously review and validate financial transactions, ensuring:

    • Complete and accurate supporting documentation
    • Strict adherence to internal control processes
    • Integrity of month-end and year-end financial close procedures

    Serve as a critical link between team members and clients by:

    Qualifications

    Educational Requirements:

    • University degree

    Experience:

    • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
