    Medical Officer

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Brief

    • This role is responsible for applying medical knowledge and skills in the diagnosis, disease prevention and treatment of patients
    • The position will reports to Care Coordinators, Consultants in charge and Medical Directors.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Monitor and provide general and follow up care to patients at designated work stations.
    • Liaise with consultants and specialists on patients’ medical condition
    • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patients’ encounters.
    • Prompt incidence reporting and management of patients’ grievances
    • Provide health education and support to patients and their attendants
    • Liaise and work with other medical and non-medical staff to ensure quality care is given to patients
    • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
    • Comply with the use of Standard Operating Procedures and policies / adherence to quality standards and clinical practice guidelines.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree (MBBS) in Medical / Clinical field
    • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
    • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with a valid medical practicing license.

    • Basic Life Support skills and sound medical knowledge
    • Excellent documentation skills with IT skills required for the use of EMR and Microsoft Office packages.
    • Organizational, reporting and presentation skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    Customer Service Team Lead

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Description

    • To deliver flawless level of service at all patient/customer touch points thereby creating superior experience for our patients.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Meet customer / patient service objectives by foreseeing requirements; preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenses
    • Take part in the selecting, orienting, training, counseling and disciplining employees. Maintain rapport with consultants, patients and patient attendants.
    • Determine customer/ patient service requirements by establishing open rapport with patients/ customers; visiting operational environment; conducting surveys; bench marking best practices
    • Improve customer service quality by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes
    • Maximize customer service by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories and new techniques, detecting and diagnosing problems
    • Generate reports regarding bed occupancy, admissions, etc for management
    • Inspire team members, and instill enthusiasm and drive.

    Job Qualifications

    • Post Graduate Degree in any field
    • First Degree or equivalent in Humanities
    • A Master’s degree in General Management is desirable
    • 6 years’ experience 4 of which must have been spent in at least capacity of a team lead in preferably a Hospital

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • This role is responsible to for driving the hospital’s vehicles carefully and skillfully, conveying staff and patients to designated location.
    • Drive assigned company vehicles with utmost care, conveying staff and patients to designated locations
    • Adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations while driving the company vehicles
    • Completion of vehicle movement register to ascertain self and vehicle whereabouts at all times
    • Liaise and work with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure quality care is given to clients and patients
    • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
