Job Description
To develop and manage architectural design functions
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and design proposals to clients
• Determine the client’s goal and requirements of projects
• Consider how space will be used and how people will move through the space
• Advice clients on the practicability of their projects
• Sketch design plans and other layouts
• Create a timeline for interior design projects and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of design elements
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during installation activities
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors on design concepts and architectural concepts

Requirements

• Should possess HND or B.Sc in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field
• Experience working as an Interior Architect or in a similar role

• Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation
• Advance Skills in Sketch Up, Autocad and Microsoft Office Suite among others

Job Description
Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the company’s inventory.
Responsibilities:

• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
• Ensure product stock is adequate and can cover direct demands for production
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Place orders to replenish stock thus avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Evaluate suppliers and external vendors to achieve cost effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure business goals are met
• Report to upper management on stock levels
