Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
Provide administrative assistance to the accountant and undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
• Preparing basic account information
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries made on them

Requirements

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Good mathematics skills and ability to spot numerical errors
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel and other office packages
• Organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Preferably living within Ikeja, Oshodi, Isolo and its environs
