    Production Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations so as to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates and fulfilling the quality standards.
    • To ensure maintenance programs are carried out promptly and the continuous availability of equipment/machines
    • Ensure implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OH&SE)
    • Continuous improvement, communication, and employee relations
    • To prepare reports (daily productions, forecast and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirmation of the monthly production plan
    • Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned
    • Ensure the shop floor complies with global best practices in terms of GMP,GHK, and continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
    • 3–5 years experience in soap, cosmetics, or personal/home care manufacturing
    • Knowledge of ERP, Health & Safety
    • Strong planning, analytical & communication skills
    • Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Preferably female for gender balance

    Financial Planing and Analysis Manager

    • Analytical review of draft & final board papers for completeness, accuracy, and generation of business insights for decision making.
    • Support adequate control environment to manage existing / potential business & financial risks to the business
    • Preparation and analysis of investments appraisal for current & new businesses, advising the business on investments returns target ROIC to the shareholders.
    • Support the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions, and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers for Hello Product Limited
    • Supervise the preparation of Annual budget, & quarterly business reviews (R1 - R3) & monitor actual performance against plans
    • Drive the preparation of business cases to evaluate the economic viability & financial implications of strategic business decisions.
    • Support the analysis of the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans.
    • Full responsibility for all management reports e.g., Management Business Review (MBR), HPL periodic Management report for all functions, Business Review Meeting (BRM), Sales and Operations Planning Financials (S&OP) etc.
    • Full responsibility for Brand performance & profitability management with Sales and Marketing.
    • Full responsibility for Marketing and Sales Team financial and non-financial decision support, strategic planning, and alignment between customer & category.
    • Full responsibility for all activities relating to account receivables, credit control/terms/limits, monitoring of credit customers, key accounts, refunds, discounts/rebates, Dr/Cr journal accuracy, customers and staff debtors accounts reconciliation, customer cheques, outstanding debts.

    Modern Trade Supervisor

    • Responsible for Customers Order Management and Sales to achieve Volume and Value Targets.
    • Responsible for sales promotional strategy implementation, execution, and evaluation.
    • Responsible for Customers performance review in Value and Volume as against target
    • Recommend appropriate Strategies to improve sales and achieve customers’ targets.
    • Responsible for handling all Customers complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
    • Gather market intelligence report on competitors’ activities within the assigned Territory.
    • Give feedback to the company on customers’ response to company products and other activities.
    • Execute and supervise all brand and trade activation and support activities in the territory.

    • Execute promotions e.g. in-store activations to increase shelf off-takes.
    • Manage receivables to mitigate bad debt.
    • Coach and supervise merchandisers to ensure continual improvement in capacity, knowledge, customer service and performance.
