To ensure effective and efficient coordination of production operations so as to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates and fulfilling the quality standards.
To ensure maintenance programs are carried out promptly and the continuous availability of equipment/machines
Ensure implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OH&SE)
Continuous improvement, communication, and employee relations
To prepare reports (daily productions, forecast and plant compliance) to account for monthly variances and confirmation of the monthly production plan
Managing team and individual performance through regular reviews, monitoring objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned
Ensure the shop floor complies with global best practices in terms of GMP,GHK, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
BSc/HND in Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
3–5 years experience in soap, cosmetics, or personal/home care manufacturing
Knowledge of ERP, Health & Safety
Strong planning, analytical & communication skills
Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
