    Rider Training & Deployment Officer

    Position Summary

    • Gigmile is looking for an experienced individual who will identify and monitor riders' training needs, design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfil those needs

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Reviews existing rider's training programs, suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
    • Prepare detailed training course content and lesson plans.
    • Administer practical training to Captains, including how to operate a motorcycle, undertake safety checks, and respond in case of emergency.
    • Prepare, instruct, and assess Captains readiness from start to deployment.
    • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
    • Prepare and maintain Captains’ progress reports.
    • Maintain the learning facilities and other assets afforded to discharge assigned responsibilities effectively.
    • Prepare and implement training budget.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education and Certifications:

    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of driving instructor experience

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Thorough understanding of training processes.
    • Ability to moderate and train large groups.
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
    • Good knowledge of oral instruction and delivery techniques
    • Good computer skills
    • Working knowledge of the Lagos State Traffic Act and Regulations

    Inventory Associate

    Position Summary

    • Gigmile is looking for an experienced Inventory Officer who will be responsible for administrating the organization’s policies and procedures to control and monitor its assets, monitor asset lifecycles and maintain status and costs.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop an organizational philosophy for comprehensive management and accounting of Gigmile’s assets.
    • Coordinate processes and documentation required for new asset acquisition, disposal, replacement, and tracking of lost or stolen assets.
    • Conduct periodic audits, spot checks, and physical verification counting and ensure compliance with asset regulations.
    • Manage an active depreciation schedule to ensure the asset’s book value is constantly updated and appropriate taxes are applied and paid. Work with vendors and cross-functional groups to maintain accurate & complete asset data.
    • Develop and implement an asset management system, and ensure all assets are properly classified, categorized and recorded.
    • Develop and implement an annual asset verification and audit plan.
    • Provide general advice to Gigmile’s executives on asset procuring and management.
    • Prepare periodic asset updates to Management

    Qualifications

    Education and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience in inventory and asset management

    Platform Onboarding Officer

    Job Summary

    • As Gigmile’s Platform Onboarding Officer, you will educate, onboard captains on our various partners’ platforms. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Overseeing and managing the customer onboarding process on various platforms.
    • Collaborating with partners in finding solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process and implementing them.
    • Managing, assigning, and conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos.
    • Educating captains and working with the team to optimize their setup for the quickest path to success.
    • Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Education and Certifications:

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, sales, account management, or customer success.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)
    • Must be customer service-centric.
    • Must possess basic technical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Evaluation Officer

    Position Summary

    • As our Evaluation Officer, you will play a crucial role in assessing and analyzing potential prospects, ensuring their creditworthiness and alignment with our company's risk management policies.
    • Your expertise in risk assessment and attention to detail will directly contribute to the company's success in making informed lending decisions.

    Essential Functions

    • Qualify prospects based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the target market.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of asset loan applications to determine creditworthiness and overall risk profile.
    • Assessing the financial position and credibility of applicants seeking assets
    • Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting assets.
    • Ensure the quality of the guarantor submitted by prospects meets the company's standards.

    • 2+ years of related work experience

    • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
