    Marketing Campaign Manager

    Our client is the largest online distributor of beer, spirit, and wine in Nigeria. They are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager that would help to plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various marketing campaigns for products and services.
    Your duties will include hiring and briefing external agencies, planning, monitoring, assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will be fully in charge of managing spend and schedules.

    Job Description:

    • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
    • Plan and oversee the execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
    • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines 
    • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
    • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
    • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
    • Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
    • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels and execute campaign effectively, on schedule and on budget
    • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
    • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
    • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
    • Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress and keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
    • Meet with all new clients to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies

    Key Requirements:

    • BSC in any relevant field
    • At least 3 years’ experience in managing digital campaigns
    • Organizational skills
    • Experience in project management
    • Ability to work under pressure

    Personal Assistant

    Our client is a principal investment firm and they are currently in need of an organised, diligent, experienced and dedicated

    Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Partner (MP).

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Organise and maintain MPs daily schedule - booking appointments and coordination of any travel logistics.
    • Keep the MP well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Assist the MP with organising regular team meetings, training days, team bonding activities, etc. Use own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
    • Manage ad-hoc and special projects, events from idea stage to fruition
    • Prioritise urgent matters and proactively manage any conflicts efficiently and effectively, and following-through on projects until the successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
    • Help to manage communication between the MP and the wider team, promoting team work and collaboration.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Financial Services experience and good Numeric ability. 
    • Client-facing experience with excellent ability to speak and write English language.
    • Proficient in MacOS Keynote, Pages, Numbers, MS Word & MS Excel.
    • Able to handle confidential matters with absolute discretion.

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.

    Job Responsibility:

    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
    • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Keeping customers record, interaction, transaction, comments and complaints
    • Identify and access  customers’ need to achieve satisfaction
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
    • Processing forms, applications, and request
    • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    Job Requirement:

    • A bachelor degree  in any related field
    • 1-2 years’ experience as a customer service representative
    • Good communication: Written and verbal  skills
    • Should reside within the axis of either locations.
