Customer Services Representatives at Fadac Resources

Our client is a world class Microfinance Bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, with a mission to empower micro- entrepreneurs and low-income earners by providing financial and social services in a sustainable, ethical and profitable manner. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibility:

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
• Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Keeping customers record, interaction, transaction, comments and complaints
• Identify and access  customers’ need to achieve satisfaction
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Processing forms, applications, and request
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Requirement:

• A bachelor degree  in any related field
• 1-2 years’ experience as a customer service representative
• Good communication: Written and verbal  skills
• Should reside within the axis of either locations.
