Job Overview

As a Content Manager you will be responsible for content facilitation and coordinating activities among clients, creating Facebook Ads campaign & Instagram Ads. Demonstrate creative writing skills, perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented, have knowledge of Facebook advertising and able to manage a Facebook business page.

Ultimately, oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Optimize content according to SEO
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
• Managing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring data analysis to identify best practices.

Requirements

• BSc/BA degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 year's experience in similar role
• Proven work experience as a Content manager
• Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

• High level Radio Access Network (RAN) support, analyzing and resolving issues related to Uu, S1c & S1u 
   
• Radio Frequency (RF) planning, dimensioning, implementation
   
• Daily monitoring of all BSS related alarm in M2000 & drive with BSS  engineer for clearance.
   
• Ensures congestion free network and proper load balancing with  adjacent cells 
   
• RF network optimization, resolved issues relating to weak coverage,  cross coverage and lack of dominant cells
   
• Configured/commissioned,  and integrated 200+ base stations (eNodeB) 
   
• Periodic audits on configured RF parameters on the sites via M2000 
   
• Managing Field Support Engineers to resolve issues related to  hardware fault 
   
• Responsible for optimum RAN uptime that traverses BSS operations,  Transmission Operations, Customer Complaints and LTE TDD &FDD 
   
• Deployment and Network Operations Center 

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications
   
• Minimum of 3 years experience
   
• Proficient on Network interfacing 4G LTE Core and access  network.
