    Procurement Officer (Medical Equipment Supply)

    Job Application Code: PO001

    Job Description

    • Ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes for Medical Equipment Supply industry.
    • Ability to provide technical advice and guidance about the importation process, sourcing information and reviewing orders placed to minimize inappropriate procurement.
    • Ability to monitor, forecast and Identify upcoming levels of demand, track inventory levels, gaps and bottlenecks in the supply chain management procedures, and develop mitigation plans for commodities supplies & delivery.
    • Ability to enforce adherence to standard operating procedures and conduct Quality Control activities in the procurement of goods and services.
    • Support in the implementation and realization of the procurement plan through sending notifications to programs and departments to initiate procurements, and advising on changes in the procurement plan for procurement processes.
    • Ability to update vendor and supplier data according to the Company’s Procurement Guideline.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Purchasing Management, Logistics & Supply Management, Business Admin or related discipline with relevant professional certificate.
    • A female with at least 3 years of focused experience in the Medical Equipment Supply industry with expertise in supply chain management, contract negotiations and cost management.

    Qualifications Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Sales and Marketing or related qualification with at least 3 Years relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector;
    • Candidates with Bakery/Baking products/Confectionery sales experience will have an added advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and good reporting skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
    • Self-driven and ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Job Competency Requirement:

    • Ability to plan, prospect, introduce, develop new relationships and achieve the daily and monthly sales targets ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area/outlets for the bakery.
    • Ability to drive new innovative sales processes and strategies in line with the Bakery’s long-term plans. Develop sales and distribution plan: identify and establish business relationships with new clients and introduce the full range of Bakery products to existing clients.
    • Ability to monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints in such a way that customer satisfaction is ensured and conduct customer satisfaction surveys monthly.
    • Ability to continuously conduct dealer surveys while capturing relevant market intelligence & identify the existing and new routes and its development in accordance with company norms.
    • Ability to drive sales volume development through continuous route and retail outlet identification.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every customer interaction, in implementing trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to routes and customers.
    • Make frequent retailer/customer calls and visits to build/strengthen positive and productive relationships with retailers/customers.
    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly activity report detailing the competitors’ activities; as well as any other information required by the Company.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in Sales, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant virtual sales/marketing.
    • Applicant must be proficient with the use of Microsoft tools, digital marketing, graphics app and social media usage.

    Job Competency Requirements:

    • Ability to sell Streaming Entertainment Service Apps to new and returning customers and provide any assistance upon purchase.
    • Ability to follow up with new prospects or leads, call potential customers, contact previous buyers to follow up on their purchases, schedule appointments via email or phone, and answer any customer questions.
    • Ability tocollaborate with customers in Streaming Entertainment Services, and manage a sales pipeline to consistently close new business.
    • Ability to create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
    • Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Streaming Entertainment Service Apps offering to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
    • Ability to address and escalate client concerns to our Service Partners, and follow-ups necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution when required.
