    Senior Project Manager (Gas Project)

    Job Description

    • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the Planning, direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the Gas project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
    • Create project charter and conceptualize project within company’s overall corporate objectives and strategies
    • Identify key stakeholders and create stakeholders’ engagement & management templates
    • Develop a comprehensive project management plan detailing the sequence of activities associated to the project
    • Determine the resources (time, budget, resources etc) required to complete the project
    • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
    • Determine the objectives, measures, quality metrics and acceptance criteria upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
    • In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
    • Manage project staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and practices of the organization
    • Develop forms and records to document project activities and knowledge
    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
    • Control and monitor key project indices such as schedule, costs, quality, and resources
    • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
    • Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for management as outlined in funding agreements
    • Control project ‘fit for purpose’ by monitoring project communication, risks and stakeholders’ engagement
    • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
    • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
    • Conduct project variance analysis and document lessons learnt
    • Collect feedback on project deliverables performance as input for continuous performance improvement 
    • Manage the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Master Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage
    • Must possess 4-7 years’ work experience in Senior Project Management Role
    • An analytical mind with problem- solving skills
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

    Fleet Supervisor

    Job Description

    • The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of all ground-based vehicles, such as automobiles, buses, motorcycles, and trucks assigned to various departments.
    • Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications.
    • Advice Fleet Maintenance Manager on requirements to support operations in line with business objectives.
    • Assists in the development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies
    • Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness.  This includes physical inspections and road tests before vehicle is turned back to user departments
    • Manage vendors and contractors engaged by the department to ensure effective service delivery and smooth operations; monitor performance to ensure delivery in line with agreements
    • Participate in contracting and negotiation of facilities operations. And also Prepare bid specifications for vehicles and mechanical equipment
    • Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc
    • Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle and piece of equipment repaired; writes reports on vehicles and equipment repaired.  Makes monthly report. Keeps maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all departmental vehicles; orders repair parts
    • Participate in contracting and negotiation of facilities operations

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or a related discipline
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
    • Must possess 1-3 years’ work experience in automotive and vehicle maintenance, repair and rebuilding operations
    • Some knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods and procedures used in maintenance, construction and repair activities.
    • Working knowledge of automotive mechanics, gas and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, fire pumps and valves, price trends and grades or quality of materials and equipment
    • Excellent communication skills, Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
    • Good numerical skills and Strong understanding of the hazards and safety precautions

    Human Resources Supervisor

     Job Description

    • The Regional HR Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the regional office in the various human resource functions including Compensation and Benefit, training and development, performance management, employee relations and welfare
    • Provide inputs to HR related activities towards the annual strategy and planning session.
    • Implement approved HR strategies at the Regional level
    • Support the HR Manager in the development of strategies for the departments.
    • Support the HR Manager in HR activities such as recruitment, employee survey, performance management, capability development
    • Report and investigate infractions or presumed infractions committed by staff by providing recommendations & Sanctions.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions to complex HR issues at the Regional level
    • Ensure that the company’s employee value proposition and employment brand are upheld in all HR transactions at the Regional level.
    • Ensure staff compliance to the company policies, systems and procedures.
    • Work closely with the HR Manager to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
    • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
    • Support the central recruitment team and HR Manager in recruitment activities that affect the Region
    • Identify training needs for business units and participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in conjunction with the HR Manager
    • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance at the Regional level
    • Responsible for the company’s compliance with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all employee matters
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Employee Service Supervisor

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
    • Preferably (Male)
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage
    • Must possess 3-5 years’ work experience in Human Resources/Administration
    • Conflict management skills
    • Communication skills
    • Ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing documents
    • Negotiation Skills
