Showroom Sales Associate at La Roche Nigeria Limited

• We are looking for a Showroom Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the showroom’s appearance, and ensuring customers have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance to customers.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Arrange and display products to attract customer attention.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the storekeeper for replenishment.
• Process sales, issue receipts, and maintain sales records where necessary.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery or pickup.
• Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• HND/BSc. in Marketing or a related field.
• 3 years experience in retail marketing, sales, or customer engagement role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Neat appearance and polite demeanor.
• Basic knowledge and use of computers and Microsoft applications.
