    Electrical Engineer

    Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to join our dynamic team in Sagamu. The successful candidate will bring over 9 years of hands-on experience, proven technical expertise, and demonstrated leadership skills to oversee electrical systems, drive efficiency, and lead a team of engineers toward achieving operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities / Job Functions

    • Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical equipment and machinery.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, production, quality assurance, etc.) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainable electrical engineering practices.
    • Prepare technical reports, project proposals, and documentation for management and regulatory review.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 9 years’ experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing industry.
    • Professional engineering certification or membership in relevant engineering bodies is an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, industrial automation, and PLCs.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance

    Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring smooth factory operations, and supporting inventory management in collaboration with the store and procurement teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair mechanical parts, including gearboxes and conveying systems.
    • Collaborate with the store managers and procurement department to track and manage spare parts inventory.
    • Fabricate and maintain local parts where necessary to minimize downtime.
    • Read, interpret, and produce 2D engineering drawings.
    • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
    • Support production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing efficiency.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • B.Eng or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
    • Proficiency in 2D drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD).
    • Hands-on experience with gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
    • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must reside in or be willing to relocate close to Sagamu for proximity to the factory.
    • Must be available to resume within 2 weeks notice.
