    HR Executive

    Job Summary

    • The HR Executive supports the effective delivery of human resource functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
    • The role ensures compliance with company policies and labour laws while supporting business objectives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Administer leave, confirmations, promotions, and exits
    • Handle employee queries and support employee relations
    • Assist with performance appraisal and training coordination
    • Support payroll with accurate staff data
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
    • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to HR leadership.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2 - 4 years experience in an HR role (HR Executive/Officer).
    • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Coaster Bus Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Transporting clients.
    • Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
    • Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
    • Interacting with clients in a professional manner.
    • Working at night and on weekends.
    • Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
    • Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
    • Updating monthly mileage records.
    • Driving a variety of vehicles, including cars, buses, etc.

    Requirements

    • A valid driver's license.
    • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Good verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in using GPS devices.
