    IT Officer

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Officer to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s website, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
    • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to staff across departments.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime and security.
    • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
    • Oversee the assignment, tracking, and maintenance of company gadgets (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, applications, and connectivity.
    • Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and system security measures are in place and up to date.
    • Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and service logs.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and retrieving IT equipment.
    • Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
    • Recommend improvements to IT systems, processes, and policies.

    Website Development & Management:

    • Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website.
    • Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
    • Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks on the website.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to update website content as needed.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in a similar IT support or IT Officer role.
    • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking tools.
    • Experience with system administration (Windows OS, basic server management).
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress).
    • Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, and web security practices.
    • Ability to manage IT assets and handle gadget repairs/maintenance.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Human Resources Manager

    • We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our people strategy. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, ensuring absolute compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team.     • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (M.Sc. or MBA) is a strong advantage.
    • Certifications: Professional certification is a strong advantage (CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, or SHRM-CP).
    • Technical Skills: Mastery of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to influence at the boardroom level.
