    IT Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Management of the business’ technological solutions lifecycle.
    • Overseeing the development of key technical technology documents (e.g., whitepapers, API documentation, SDK documentation, product manuals etc.).
    • Create and manage appropriate web content that aligns with the organization and meets the standard of the group.
    • Create innovative solution to meet the organization’s technical needs.
    • Business Development and marketing activities.
    • Communicating key project data with the team.
    • Developing and executing IT project plans.
    • Conduct research and development activities to improve the organization’s technology solution and stay on top of technology trends.
    • Testing of software and fixing of bugs.
    • Responsible for the management of the organization IT infrastructure.
    • Developing and working on IT projects, guaranteeing the infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively.
    • Working with team members to ensure the constant success of all company IT projects.
    • Work with hardware team in order to integrate the hardware with the software efficiently
    • Modification of software to fix errors, identify and adapt hardware, improve performance or upgrade interface.
    • Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modification of existing system.
    • Identifying and developing software/solutions systems using coding, scientific analysis & mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
    • Client account management e.g., licenses, hardware, accounts, use cases.
    • Identifying new potential uses cases and penetration strategies.
    • Manage the backend and frontend development of the company’s software platform.
    • Serve as customer service support for the company’s technology clients via emails, phone calls, live chat/chat bot, in person, or other necessary means.
    • Identify and respond to all security breaks to company websites or platforms.
    • Update HTML, CSS & Java script regularly and improve user experience.
    • Ensure the company’s platforms and technology solutions complies with all necessary laws, rules and regulations.
    • Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems.
    • Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a recovery plan and backup procedures.
    • Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other IT related Degrees.
    • 3+ years’ experience as an IT officer
    • Having a Master’s Degree in computer science or other IT related degrees will be a plus.
    • Expert knowledge of MS Office.
    • Customer service experience will also be a plus
    • Proficiency in computer networks, network administration and network installation is a plus.
    • Advance technological skillset and demonstration of history with technology
    • Experience working with IOT technology
    • Knowledge and Experience working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
    • Knowledge of Mixed reality, Augmented reality and Virtual reality.
    • Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
    • Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
    • Experience working of software development projects.
    • Knowledge of programing languages.
    • Excellent coding skills.

    Warehouse / Store Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
    • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
    • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
    • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

    • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

    Responsibilities

    Requirement

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years work experience.
    • A strong knowledge of PYTHON and web technologies such as REST, JSON and HTTP is very mandatory.

    • Strong experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment with Github and Azure Devops.
