JOB SUMMARY

All activities around packaging components receipt, transfer, and issue. Proper documentation, and maintenance of the various component stores in optimal conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Basic numerical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft word and excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the offloading of packaging components delivery on site.
• Confirm quantity delivered against waybill quantity.
• Issue requested materials to packaging lines.
• Proper stacking and identification of materials in stores.
• Receive backflushed materials from line after cut-off.
• Ensure stores cleaners adherence to stores cleaning schedule.
• Documentation of receipt, issue and returned materials.
• Work closely with off loaders and forklift operator to ensure in stores.
• Any other duties as assigned
