    IT Maintenance Officer

    • The IT maintenance officer will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure and systems.
    • This role involves performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing upgrades and improvements to optimize system performance.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform routine weekly maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and stability of the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
    • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruption
    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals
    • Implement security measures and protocols to protect the organization's IT assets from cyber threats and unauthorized access
    • Document maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Attend to other assigned tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT maintenance, support or related field
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, operating systems and software applications
    • Familiarity with IT security principles and practices, including antivirus software, firewalls and data encryption

    Team Lead-Corporates Commercial

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work independently with little or no supervision
    • Draft and implement instructions with accuracy
    • Develop an effective and efficient working style for the team to encourage team approach as well as independent matter management
    • Supervision and management of matters handled by the team and preparation of regular reports to the Head of Department
    • Conduct of Team meetings
    • Managing Clients’ demands and requests
    • Identify training opportunities for the team
    • Facilitating training, seminars and other scheduled events
    • Identification of matters requiring escalation and escalation of same to the Head of Department
    • Conduct of any other assigned supervisory role
    • Creating compliance document for the team and ensuring its application upon approval of same
    • Drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of contracts and other legal documents including service agreements, master agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, property documents and other general commercial contracts;
    • Due diligence searches;
    • Advising on business structuring and restructuring, Joint Ventures and other partnership arrangements;
    • Protect the Clients against legal risks and violations.
    • Negotiate deals on behalf of Clients.
    • Preparation of reports and write-ups on relevant issues in the corporate commercial world.

    Human Resources Business Partner

    • The HRBP is responsible for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives.
    • The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Also, act as strategic partners to business leaders, supporting the organization's goals through effective HR practices.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex organizational issues
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
