    Issue Resolution Officer

    The Issue Resolution Officer is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn. The issue resolution officer is the first port of call for customers and should be the internal advocate for the customer working with the various teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues and provide suggestions on how the customers' experience can be further optimized based on analysis of the issue log or customer requests.

    Responsibilities

    • Have a good understanding of the organisation’s products
    • Provide quick and high-quality customer service through prompt and valuable responses to customer queries.
    • Ensure every customer support request is logged for tracking
    • Lower support tickets by working with the product team to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
    • Guide customers on product usage while driving customer self-sufficiency.
    • Solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    • 1-2 years customer-facing experience at a financial institution or a high-growth software development company.
    • Have a good understanding of card disputes ( Banking experience or other related fields)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.

    Inventory Support Officer (Abuja)

    Department: POS channels

    Reports to: Manager, Hardware Operations

    Job Summary:

    The Inventory Support Officer is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the management of inventory and ensuring accurate recording and tracking of stock levels. They will assist in maintaining efficient inventory control processes, conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and facilitating the smooth flow of inventory operations.

    Job Description:

    • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for hardware devices, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
    • Device Allocation: Ensure timely distribution and allocation of hardware devices to all stakeholders.
      Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock levels,
      Data Accuracy: Ensure that all inventory transactions are accurately recorded, and resolve any data inconsistencies.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management, including streamlining procedures, enhancing data accuracy, and implementing best practices.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status, stock availability, and any inventory-related concerns.
      Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to inventory management.
    • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by his/her Line Manager

    Requirements:

    • OND/ HND , Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Similar experience in inventory management or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock management techniques, and inventory valuation methods.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

    Hardware Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design and Development:
      • Design and develop PCBs using tools like Proteus/Eagle.
      • Collaborate with team members to ensure the integrity and efficiency of hardware designs.
      • Support rapid prototyping initiatives.
      • Design diagnostic tools for quick defect detection
    2. Debugging and Troubleshooting:
      • Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other debugging tools to diagnose and rectify hardware issues.
      • Collaborate with the lead engineer and team members to resolve complex hardware challenges.
    3. Documentation:
      • Maintain detailed documentation for all hardware designs, changes, and iterations.
      • Assist in the creation of user manuals and technical guides.
    4. Collaboration:
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering and product management, to ensure smooth integration and meet product objectives.
      • Attend team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.
      • Provide continuous training for field repair engineers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
    • Experience with the Agency banking business would be an added advantage.
    • Good computer skills. Must have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
    • Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with limited supervision.
    • Proficient in English
