    Investment Manager

    About the client:

    • Our client is a full-service national commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
    • They provide financial services to individuals, small businesses, and large corporations and are renowned for cutting-edge innovations, customer centricity and excellent staff welfare.

    Role Summary:

    • The successful candidate will contribute to the overall management of the group’s investment programs including the establishment and review of investment goals as well as the leveraging of multi-currency and multi-asset portfolio strategies to reduce risk and enhance long-term performance.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
    • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in investments.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Relevant Master's degree
    • Minimum of 10 to 12 years working experience with proven experience in designing and implementing performance management and rewards programs, in a leadership capacity.

    Head, Employee Performance Management & Monitoring

    Summary:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that performance goals, metrics, and evaluations are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, as well as role contributing to enhancing employee performance, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
    • A master's degree is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 6-8 years working experience with at least 3 years in performance management, including leadership and supervisory roles.
