    Group Head, Performance Management and Rewards

    Summary:

    • Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive performance management and rewards programs across the organization, ensuring that the company's talent is effectively aligned with its strategic goals.

    Requirements:

    • First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Relevant Master's degree
    • Minimum of 10 to 12 years working experience with proven experience in designing and implementing performance management and rewards programs, in a leadership capacity.
