    Inventory Order Processing Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking qualified and reliable applicants to fill the role of Inventory/ Order Processing Officer for one of our clients in the E-commerce Industry.

    Major Responsibilities 

    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available for customer orders.
    • Receive, verify, and process customer orders across online platforms.
    • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
    • Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment.
    • Update order status, follow up on delayed deliveries, and resolve issues.
    • Handle order modifications, returns, replacements, and cancellations.

     Requirements

    • HND/BSc in any relevant field.
    • Experience in E-commerce operations, inventory, or order processing is an added advantage.

    Head of Operation Vendor

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor inventory flow, product availability, and warehouse coordination.

    Products Listing Officer

    Major Responsibilities

    • Monitor and update product inventory, availability, and pricing regularly.
    • Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, specifications) is accurate and up to date.
    • Create, upload, and manage product listings across all company online platforms.
    • Optimize product listings for better visibility and search ranking (SEO).
    • Ensure product categories, tags, and attributes are correctly assigned.
    • Work with the marketing and operations team to gather product details and improve listing quality.

    Responsibilities

    Housekeeping Coordinator / Supervisor

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise cleaners, technicians, and other facility staff.
    • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests with vendors and artisans
    • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all shortlet properties.
    • Develop and implement facility management procedures for improved efficiency.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure apartments are clean, well-stocked, and in optimal condition before guest check-in.
    • Ensure utilities (light, water, internet, gas) are functioning efficiently across all apartments.
    • Respond promptly to guest complaints, facility issues, and emergency requests.
    • Monitor inventory of household items, toiletries, linens, and appliances, and ensure timely replenishment.
