    Interface Engineer

    Job Summary

    • To support the Interface Manager in managing the interfaces related to the Main Project by ensuring that the defined scopes and applicable schedule, procedures, specifications, and agreement are followed by internal/external interface counterparts while ensuring that technical arbitration is provided by COMPANY when required in due time and adequate records of transactions on other approved means

    Main Responsibilities

    • Participate in the implementation of the Project Interface Quality Process
    • Implement the project IMS plan and procedure within the Contractor’s organization and his EPC team
    • Supervise the preliminary identification of the Interfaces by the Contractor, and participate in Interface Meetings.
    • Supervise the IDS implementation (including quality) by the Contractor and their recording by Company DCC
    • Ensure that the interface data transmitted by the Contractor are previously checked firstly by the relevant project Specialist consolidated by the Company Engineering Manager and found correct and satisfactory.
    • Expedite all the interface data required by the Contractor in due time
    • Be the focal point of contact and responsible for all interfaces between the Company and Contractors.
    • Ensure relevant interface data is dispatched to other project-interested parties.
    • Follow up and report progress to the project team Management and CIM, raising issues and Risks identified on Interfaces related to his contract and whenever a potential impact on the Project (safety, delay, cost, quality, etc.) appears from the execution of an Interface.
    • Require and verify mitigation plans from the Contractor.
    • Control and validate the Contractor’s reporting on Interfaces
    • To arbitrate and/or ensure arbitrage in due time on behalf of COMPANY in the event of non-resolution of interface issues by contending Contractors always ensuring project global objectives are given priority.
    • To always identify critical issues/points, and proffer solutions while promoting innovation and cost reduction in proposed technical solutions and manage the implementation of approved solutions in due time while prioritizing reliability and safety of personnel, installation, and environment.
    • Consolidate and advise the Interface Manager of any schedule and/or commercial issues that may arise or arise out of changes resulting from interfaces. Shall be the coordinator of this management of change justifying all disciplines of the change.
    • Ensure complete documentation of all changes, and communication of these in compliance with the COMPANY process and the processes agreed with partners and regulatory authorities (NUPRC & NCDMB).
    • To undertake cross-functional/transverse studies and assessments as may be requested by the Project Management

    Educational Qualifications

    • BSc in engineering that relates to Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering with a sound oil & gas multi-discipline technical background in offshore production facilities engineering & construction, complemented by general knowledge/experience concerning the greenfield and brownfield projects and the integration of subsea equipment (risers, sealines, etc) with the surface production facilities.
    • Professional Experience (number of years): 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience in Oil and Gas Production Projects.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, oral and writing
    • Language: Fluent in English.

    Project HSE Lead

     Job Summary

    • Is responsible for defining and reviewing HSE-MS (Project & Contractors) including ensuring Contractor’s HSE-MS are audited and gaps clearly identified and mitigated during the Project development.
    •  Will proactively use safety reporting indices to prevent accidents and HiPo incidents in the Project.  Assist the Project team in the organization, implementation, and audit of HSE procedures related to the Project.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Participate in actions for identifying and minimizing risks, and the impact of activities.
    • See to it that HSE policy and reference documents are understood and applied
    • Plan and perform HSE audits and inspections on-site and in construction yards.
    • Ensure good collation of site HSE statistics, analyze, translate, and implement them as mitigative actions to prevent incidents.
    • Lead or take part in incident, accident, and anomaly investigations and analyses.
    • Ensure the follow-up and execution of actions determined after incidents, accidents, audits, and inspection analyses.
    • Liaise with site project management and other stakeholders to ensure Project and Company HSE procedures are extensively implemented in the project construction.
    • Participate in site environmental audits, and monitor, follow up, and assess any agreed corrective recommendations as well as ensure their implementation.
    • Follow-up on-site personnel (Company and Contractor) HSE training and preparedness, ensuring adequate attention is drawn to any lack of compliance.
    • Plan and participate actively in all site HSEQ Committee meetings, site planning, and coordination meetings.
    • Ensure that stocks of necessary PPE and other safety equipment are available and maintained at appropriate levels.
    • Develop and implement plans for drills, inspections, site management walkthroughs, stand-downs, and audits and ensure reports are issued and actions from the exercise are effectively attended to.
    • Participate in investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
    • Participate in internal HSE audits to assess the effectiveness of safety programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage all HSE personnel (Company and Contractors) within the Package to achieve the Project’s desired HSEQ objectives.
    • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Project HSEQ Manager

    Educational Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Environmental or Geological or Occupational Health discipline.
    • 5 years of Professional Experience in a similar position
    • 5 years of Experience in Oil & Gas project
    • Experience in the industrial construction field with in-depth HSE fieldwork.
    • Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards
    • Good knowledge of the Synergi tool.
    • Must have integrity, be flexible, and be proactive.
    • Must demonstrate ability to act independently as part of a team
    • Good communication skills. Good team player, able to communicate effectively with colleague
    • Proficiency with Microsoft application

    HSE Reporting Coordinator

    HSE REPORTING COORDINATOR

    • Collect all HSE information (Inspection and incident report, anomalies, audits, walkthroughs, Management visits, etc.) from all Project Site (Company`s Well pad, OGP, OFS, etc.)
    • Input all HSE information (actions from HSE reports, anomalies, incidents) into Synergi.
    • Prepare monthly HSE statistical report.
    • Follow-up all HSE actions entered in Synergi until they are closed.
    • Issue reminder to personnel on action(s) from Synergi.
    • Ensure functioning of Synergi software on the Project.
    • Assist in providing training for HSE supervisors on Synergi.
    • Liaise with HSE Coordinator for statistical analysis to ensure adequate prevention of incidents.
    • Maintain a file of all HSE reports and actions (Audit, Inspection, Incidents, and anomaly).
    • Ensure that Project HSE reporting procedure is fully implemented on all Project Sites
    • Liaise with Contractor for getting Contractor HSE information (Reports, Man-hours)
    • Maintain Site Health, Safety and Environmental records and to organize and participate in audits to ensure the effective implementation of HSE rules on site.
    • Participates actively in all HSE Committee meetings, site planning and coordination meeting.
    • Participate in the preparation of works and operations, checking that comprehensive incident mitigation measures are enforced.
    • Participate in site environmental audits, and to monitor, follow-up and assess any agreed corrective recommendations as well as ensuring their implementation.
    • Participates actively in all HSE Committee meetings, planning and coordination meeting as well as contributing to defining ways and means to identify / minimizing risks and the impact of activities especially SIMOPS.
    • Advocate adequate levels of anomaly reporting amongst work force to mitigate against incidents.
    • Collate and submit periodic reports on various subjects required to the HSE Coordinator.
    • Participate in investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
    • Foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization by encouraging safe behaviours, recognizing achievements, and promoting open communication.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, anomalies, incidents, training, and other HSE related activities.

    HSE OBJECTIVES

    • Input all HSE information from all project Site in Synergi.
    • Prepare Monthly HSE statistical Report from Synergi
    • Collect HSE information from all Sites including Contractor Sites
    • To report and participate actively in anomaly reporting.
    • Follow-up HSE actions register from Synergi and expedite personnel responsible of actions.
    • To ensure 100% compliance of PPE and PTW within the work area

    Project HSE Officer

    PROJECT HSE OFFICER

    • Participate in inspections and audits to ensure the effective implementation of HSE procedures within the Project.
    • Follow-up on Project personnel (Company and Contractor) HSE training and preparedness, ensuring adequate attention is drawn to any lack of compliance.
    • Ensure that HSE anomalies are identified, reported, and closed out.
    • Provide HSE supports to construction supervisors and workers.
    • Follow up all HSE corrective actions from incidents, anomalies, inspections, etc.
    • Support HSE management in reporting and updating of HSE data.
    • Support, Organise and Participate in safety meetings with all Project personnel and management to discuss safety concerns, review incident statistics, and implement improvement initiatives.
    • Identify and assess potential risks in the workplace, and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate control measures.
    • Manage and ensure proper storage and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to all personnel.
    • Conduct internal HSE audits to assess the effectiveness of safety programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, accidents, and hazardous materials spills, participating with emergency services as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, anomalies, incidents, training, and other HSE related activities.
    • Track and report HSE performance statistics, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve performance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the HSE management system and promote a safer and more sustainable working environment.
    • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Project HSE Head.
