    Job Description

    • Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
    • Monitor and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation
    • Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
    • Conduct thorough testing and refinement of recipes to ensure product consistency and quality
    • Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards
    • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage
    • Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques, incorporating new ideas into the production process

    Job Description

    • Preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
    • Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and presentation to meet organizational standards.
    • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products, including labeling and dating.
    • Minimize food wastage by following portion control guidelines.
    • Follow strict hygiene practices and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
    • Work closely with other cooks and kitchen staff to meet daily production targets.
    • Assist in training new staff on kitchen procedures and recipes.
    • Participate in taste tests to maintain consistency in flavor and quality.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
    • Assisting in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
    • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

    Cook / Kitchen Assistant

    Requirements:

    • SSCE
    • Proven experience as a as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Understanding of portion control and cost management.
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and withstand high temperatures in the kitchen
